I was pleased this necklace arrived on time as it was intended as a Christmas gift. But when I lifted it out of the box it totally fell apart, scattering beads across the floor. I contacted the seller, who asserted the string used was among the strongest on the market. In fact, no string was used but rather a flimsy metal wire about the gauge of sewing thread. It did not hold the rather heavy beads. I completed the return/refund form but was unable to upload my photos. I tried several times. So I asked the seller if I could send photos via text or email. She said no. I've kept the beads to use for future craft projects and have bought my gift elsewhere.
